We Heart Art: A Benefit for Soo Visual Arts Center
The Benefit will take place at Honey, 205 E. Hennepin Avenue
September 15th 6:30pm - 11:30pm

Join l'etoile and Honey as we present We Heart Art: A Benefit for Soo Visual Arts Center. As you may have heard, SooVAC needs to raise money to keep up their awesome year-round programming. And what better way to help, than by throwing a big party? This two-part event includes dinner and/or a show!

6:30PM-8:30PM: Save the Soo Date Night Dinner for Two / $39
8:30PM-Midnight: Party with live music from Brad Senne, Byzantine Beatbox,... Deus Ex Machina and more / $5


SAVE THE SOO DINNER:

6:30-8:30pm / $39 for two

Grab your friend, lover or mother and take advantage of this special fine dining deal at Honey to benefit the Soo. For just $39 you'll enjoy a 4-course dinner for TWO that includes admission to the late night party. During dinner you'll also be treated to DJs from l'etoile magazine spinning chilled out beats to set the mood. Call 612-746-0306 to make reservations, walk-ins are accepted but reservations recommended.

Prix Fixe Dinner Menu:

Champagne Strawberry salad: Mixed greens with strawberries, peas, bacon, ( optional ) chevre and champagne vinaigrette

Caprese Salad: Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil drizzled with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, served with crostini

Steak Frites: Steak, grilled to order, with a brandy cream demi-glace, served with vege du jour and truffle-salted french fries.

Two glasses of Wine: Molto Malbec or Pomelo Sauvignon blanc OR two pints of Amstel Light or Left Hand Sawtooth Amber Ale

Two pieces of BT McElrath 70% dark chocolate with sea salt.


LATE NIGHT PARTY WITH BRAD SENNE, BYZANTINE BEATBOX, DEUS EX MACHINA

8:30pm-Midnight / $5 / 21+

Not interested in dinner? Well, for a mere $5 you can help the Soo AND have a blast. Enjoy drink specials, a delicious appetizer menu, and live music from indie crooner Brad Senne; beats and projected visuals from electronic wonderboy Christian Erickson of Byzantine Beatbox (also of Blue Sky Blackout); and the dancetastic jams of l'etoile's own culture editor/resident DJ, Juleana Enright aka Deus Ex Machina. Come party with us and help save our Soo - we don't know what we'd do without it!
