Dietrich Sieling is a Minneapolis-based full-time artist living with complex autism. His art has been featured in solo exhibitions at SooVAC, Lagoon New York, Minnesota Museum of American Art, Kabinett and Kammer NY, Governor’s Island, New York City, and at Bockley Gallery, a residency and solo exhibition at Summertime Gallery, New York City in 2024. He received a public art commission from the Metropolitan Transit Commission, installed in November 2023.  His group exhibitions include the Plains Art Museum in Fargo, ND, as well as MADE HERE MN, Bockley Gallery Summer Potluck, Art-A-Whirl, and Intermedia Arts, Minneapolis. His work is in numerous private collections across the US. One of the purest and surest joys of his day and life is a walk alone to a coffee shop – the journey and encounters along the way, culminating in a cup of delicious black coffee.
