Welcome to the Soo Visual Arts Center second annual juried show Untitled 2. This year’s show consists of eighteen artists of varying backgrounds selected from 132 applicants. The show primarily consists of emerging artists.
All submissions for Untitled 2 were reviewed by a panel of three jurors. The jurors were selected by the Soo Visual Art Center from the local arts community. Each juror had unique aesthetic and intellectual concerns which are reflected in the work selected for the show.
The annual juried show is an opportunity for emerging artists to show their work. There were no guidelines set for subject matter, medium, or style. Untitled 2 offers a unique opportunity for the public to view artwork selected by the arts community rather than a specific person or curator.

Vince Leo, Vice President of Academic Affairs at MCAD Alumni Office
Untitled 2 is our second annual juried exhibition. 18 artists were chosen out of 140 applicants. The jurors reviewed all submissions: Media in this exhibition will include a diverse range of drawing/painting, photography, sculpture, and installation.
